Books with Boone is a children’s literacy program, designed to help children learn to read, so they like to read.

Boone is a retired greyhound, who spends some of his free time lying in a library on a fleece blanket, listening to children practice their reading skills.  He and I are a registered therapy team with Therapy Dogs International (TDI) and I have received additional training through Reading Education Assistance Dogs.
